Allegra Marketing & Print Solutions cares about the success of your business. We pride ourselves on superior customer service, honesty and hard work. We will work with you to create a product that you are proud to display. Prior to placing your order, please review our company Terms & Conditions listed below.

We expect and request you go through some form of proofing process – be it digital, fax, or hard copy – when first placing an order. Once a proof has been accepted we will strive to provide you with that same product.

Once your order has left either of our store locations we are considered no longer responsible for the quality of the product. We request you look over your orders prior to leaving the premises. Only under certain circumstances will this policy be reconsidered.

All quotes given will be honoured based on the information attached to them (type of printing, weight of paper, file modification, etc), and within a 30 day time period. Any features changed will require a revised quotation.

An estimate is an educated guess; a quote is the price charged if order finalized.

We always request payment upon order finalization, before printing is done. This is to cover all our costs associated with your project.

Payment is due for graphics work prior to our designers modifying or creating your file.

Customers we frequently do printing for can be set as regular customers and billed at time of product delivery or pick up. Special rates are available. If you are interested in becoming a regular customer please give us a call – we will be happy to set you up with an account.

At time of inquiry please let us know if you have a deadline that must be met. We can give you a realistic window of time so you can plan / know if using our printing services works for you. We can rush most orders if requested, but it will include an additional charge depending on the product and our work log.

We reserve the right to deny you service, or turn you away at time of order pick up based on unprofessional behaviour (a refund will be issued).

In printing there are a few problems that happen that are often beyond the printer’s control. Please be advised of the following:

  • Digital vs. Hard Copy – When you send us your document know it is only a digital file that shows through the light on a computer screen (RGB). Digital files use light illustrated base colours, while physical printers use CMYK to create ink images. Please understand that if you see a proof through e-mail (or) opt to just have your job printed there may be a slight colour difference between the two. We have no control over this. On paper the colours tend to be a bit darker or not at all; on plastic cards they get notably darker. Set up your file accordingly prior to sending it in for print.
  • Digital printing is done page to page. We will do our best to set up your business card file correctly on our machines. However, do be advised that due to the individual sheet variation from page to page content may move around a bit. This is the natural of digital printing. This is rarely a big issue, but may happen.

We offer free delivery of all products in the Metro Vancouver area if requested at time of order. This is done at our leisure, and may take from one day once job is completed up to a week. If you are ordering from out of our immediate service area a minimal courier charge will be included, as well as a package tracking number.

Once your order has been delivered we are not responsible for the item being misplaced within your office or home.
